Kara Hoisington

Kara is a Social Media Strategist with experience in micro-blogging, blogs, and online community platforms. She worked for three years with a social media marketing consulting agency before becoming an account manager at an interactive company outside of Boston. Kara has been a skier since she could walk (with pictures to prove it), and wants to make it easier for ski enthusiasts to connect through their passion for the sport.

Perry Paolantonio

Perry is the founder of Gamma Ray Digital, Inc., a Boston-based digital film finishing service. In the 1990s he was a user interface designer and web site prototyper on some of the earliest social media web sites (before "social media" became a buzzword), for clients including Sony, Harvard Business School and NTT Data. in 1996, he created postforum.com, one of the most heavily used online forums for digital video professionals. He's been skiing since he was eight and he misses the 2-seater Carlevaro & Savio gondola at Mount Snow.

Megan McManaman

Megan is a Senior Research and Social Media Analyst at a firm in Boston that consults for major national brands on social media marketing strategy. With a Master's degree in sociology, she is intensely interested in how people interact online. Megan learned how to ski this year (with pictures to prove it), and once she gets her boot problems straightened out, we're pretty sure she'll be hooked.
